Welcome to AdAir Owners Association website. The AdAir residential complex is located on Rajiv Gandhi Salai, also known as Old Mahabalipuram Road and IT Corridor six - lane Toll Road. The complex comprises of 194 , three bedroom apartments with Club house amenities, including an indoor Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Multipurpose Hall and Indoor-Outdoor Games.
The Complex built by AKSHAYA HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED was handed over to ADAIR OWNERS ASSOCIATION (AOA) on 18 October 2008: The present Executive Committee of AOA elected on June 2010 for two years is as follows:

All the owners of the apartments are Members of the AOA. The Bye- laws of the AOA are available on Owners "MY Home" page. The AOA is registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Act.

OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT :

Paving : Please ensure heavy vehicles are not brought inside the complex as they cause damage to the paver blocks.

Parking: Please park your vehicles in your allotted car park and ensure your visitors park theirs in the visitors’ parking area.

Safety: Please do not permit children to go near the transformer yard area / driveways / E.B.Rooms / Pump Rooms / S.T.P etc.,

Lift : Please ensure you do not overload the lift beyond the rated capacity. Children should use the lifts only with adults accompanying them. In case you are trapped inside, do not panic. Please press the emergency alarm for help. Switch on the emergency light and wait for help to arrive. Do not force open the doors. The passenger lift should not be loaded with heavy articles and used as a goods lift. Close the doors once you have arrived at the desired floor. Do not use the lift in case of fire.

Gazebo Area: Please do not allow children to go near the glass railing area unaccompanied. Ensure the doors are locked if the gazebo area is not in use. Make sure the water line is closed if the plants are not being watered. Smoking and alcohol is prohibited in Gazebos, Club House and all common areas.
