OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT :
Paving : Please ensure heavy vehicles are not allowed in the drive and the paving to prevent damage to the pavers.
Parking: Please park your vehicle in your allowed a lot and ensure your visitors park in the visitors’ parking area.
Safety: Please do not permit children to go near the transformer yard area / driveways / E.B.Rooms / Pump Rooms / S.T.P etc.,
Lift : Please ensure you do not overload the lift beyond the rated capacity. Children should not travel unaccompanied. In case you are trapped inside, do not panic. Please press the emergency alarm for help. Switch on the emergency light and wait for help to arrive. Do not force open the doors. The passenger lift should not be loaded with heavy articles and used as a goods lift. Close the doors once you have arrived at the desired floor. Do not use the lift in case of fire.

Gazebo: Each block of 15 apartment s has an Gazebo on the Third floor terrace, partly covered and with wash basin,bench,etc., which can be used by the members in that block for arranging parties,etc., after obtaining permission from the Adair Owners Association office
